1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using fylink.cloud ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. 
Discontinue use if you disagree.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Free cloud storage for personal/non-commercial use
- Basic features: File upload/download, sharing links
- No uptime guarantees or premium support

3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 13+ years old
- Valid email required for registration
- You are responsible for account security
- Fake/duplicate accounts prohibited

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
YOU MAY NOT:
- Store illegal content (malware, pirated material, explicit content)
- Use for crypto mining or resource-heavy activities
- Share copyrighted content without permission
- Spam, phish, or harass others
- Reverse-engineer/disrupt the service

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
- You keep ownership of your files
- We may remove violating content without notice
- Grant us license to store/transmit files for service operation

6. DATA MANAGEMENT
- Inactive accounts (>18 months) deleted
- 5 GB/day download bandwidth limit
- Files >2 GB may be automatically removed

7. PRIVACY
- We collect: Email, IP address, usage data
- Data encrypted in transit (SSL)
- We DON'T sell your data
- Full details at fylink.cloud/privacy

8. LIMITATIONS
- NO WARRANTIES: Service "as is"
- May suspend/terminate service anytime
- Not liable for:
  * Data loss/corruption
  * Service interruptions
  * Unauthorized access

9. TERMINATION
We may terminate accounts for:
- ToS violations
- Prolonged inactivity
- Suspicious activity
All data deleted upon termination

10. CHANGES TO TOS
We may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use = acceptance of changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW
Submit to and Comply with Local Laws
